This is for anyone that is looking to make an email address with their website URL or website domain.

This tutorial uses Hostinger in 2025 since that is what we use to host our website and also what we recommend in our video tutorials for WordPress.

Follow along using the video tutorial or this text tutorial if you want to learn how to make an email address with your website url and domain.

First sign into your hosting website – for us, it’s Hostinger
Then click on the emails tab
Click to create a new email address
Put in the email name you want to use after you select the domain you want to make the email on
Then we want to add the email to a recommended app (for us it is gmail that we use)
On the next page, we can follow the directions to add the email to gmail from our hosting website
We just go to the gmail account
Click on the settings button
Click on all settings
Then click to add a new email account
Put in the email username and password
And add it to POP3
Then we add the POP3 name and port
Then click add

If we want to add sending email

We can do that by adding the username and password
And if you need to update the STMP server, you can but I do not believe you need to.
That’s all you have to do to get your email up and running with your WordPress hosting and your website URL
If you want to manage your email you can go back to the hosting dashboard and click on email
Then click to manage the email
And you can click on the dots to manage the settings or to delete the email. And you can also change what the email account can do in the settings.
